Reservations through our portal ensures the guest the best rates available, without any booking fee.
All guests who book the structures of the circuit TaoApartments are required to provide the data of the documents inserting them independently through our portal.
The structures of the TaoApartments circuit are managed in a professional manner and comply with current regulations.
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 15:00 to 22:00.
Early check-in (before 15:00) is only available on request and subject to availability.
Late check-in (after 22:00) is only available on request and subject to availability.
On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.
PETS: if allowed, must be accorded with the property manager.
CLEANING: intermediate cleaning is provided only for stays longer than n. 7 nights and will be organised approximately halfway through the stay.
TOURIST TAX: the tourist tax for the municipality of Taormina is € 3.00 per person per night, it is not included in the daily rates shown on our website. Children under 12 years of age are excluded from paying the tax.

We accept the following online payment methods:
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Eurocard) or via Paypal secure circuit.
POLICIES OF CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of standard rate.
- up to 15 days before arrival no penalty;
- from 14 days before the date of arrival the penalty is 100% of the value of the reservation.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay.
